Gaia Place is leased by-the-bedroom, that means each resident is responsible for their own rental installment that is due on the 1st of each month and you won’t have to worry about your roommates paying their rent!

As a founding resident of the community, you will have the opportunity to choose your apartment when you sign your lease!

Here at Gaia Place every apartment is all-inclusive! This means heat, AC, electricity, water, internet, trash, and snow removal as well as furniture are all included in your installment. If you’d like a list of all of the items included in our furniture package please reach out to a member of our team.

Yes! All residents of Gaia Place are required to be enrolled at a college or university.
